However, your experience is our highest priority. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage, we back it with our Quality Guarantee.
Simply reach out to us within 14 days of delivery with clear photo proof of the tracking label and the product issue. Once verified, we will gladly ship you a brand new replacement product completely on us. Please note that free replacements are strictly limited to verified product defects or order errors.
